Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return, refund, and exchange policy to address concerns regarding size, color, defective products, or incorrect shipments. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team promptly.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Customers who receive incorrect, defective, or damaged items are eligible for returns.
• Returns for color, or design concerns are accepted if the item is in unused condition with all original tags intact.
• Customized jackets are not eligible for returns.
• Customers must cover the return shipping costs.
• If the return is due to a sizing issue, the product is not eligible for return, as the size chart is clearly mentioned on each product page.
• If you are unsure about your size when placing an order, we offer a custom size option. You may also email us your measurements before shipping at customer_care@jacketelite.com

Terms and Conditions:

• The product must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Tags must not be removed; otherwise, the return request will be denied.
• Customized jackets are not eligible for returns.
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, cuts, or alterations.
• Customers must use a trackable courier service and share the tracking ID with our customer support team.
• Returns should be shipped back to the same warehouse from where the item was received.

Exchange Policy

If you receive the wrong color, or a different product, you can request an exchange by emailing customer_care@jacketelite.com with a clear explanation and product images.

Terms for Exchange:

• The product must be in original condition with all tags intact.
• Customers bear the return shipping expenses for the exchange.
• Once we receive the returned product, our inspection team will verify its condition.
• If approved, the exchange process will take 15 working days after receipt of the returned item.
• Customized orders are not eligible for exchange.

Refund Policy

Customers may request a refund if they receive a defective item, an incorrect product, or an order that does not match the description on our website.

Terms for Refunds:

• Refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of order delivery.
• The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
• Refund processing takes 3 business days, and the amount will reflect in 5 to 14 banking days (depending on your bank's policies).
• If the returned item is not in its original condition, the refund request will be denied.
• Customers must cover the return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation Policy:

• Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase will receive a full refund.
• Orders canceled after 24 hours but before shipment will incur a 30% deduction.
• Refund processing takes 3 business days, and the amount will reflect in 5 to 14 banking days (depending on your bank's policies).
• Orders canceled within 3 days of shipment will have a 50% deduction.
• Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Restocking Fee:

• A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
• Customers must bear the return shipping cost.

Return & Exchange Process

• Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours with a return address.
• Ship the product using a trackable courier service and share the tracking ID with our team.
• Once we receive the product, our inspection team will assess its condition.
• If the product meets our return criteria, the refund/exchange process will begin.
