We make sure that our customer’s favorite products are shipped in perfect condition, undamaged, and on time. To dispatch our products, we use trustworthy and popular courier services such as DHL, FedEx, and USPS so that our customers receive the parcel happily at their doorsteps.

Order Tracking:

Tracking the order is easy! We recommend our customers keep an eye on the order through tracking ID and contact the courier company directly if there are any delays or issues like failed delivery attempts. Once we ship the order and provide you with the tracking ID through email, it is your responsibility to follow up with the courier company. If your order is held up or fails delivery attempts because you are not home, you will need to contact the courier company directly. Please note that after multiple failed delivery attempts, the courier may destroy the parcel, and we will not be responsible for that.

Import Duties and Taxes:

Customers within the US benefit from the fact that they are not entitled to pay customs charges. All orders are delivered on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning customers are liable for customs charges according to their country's regulations. Some countries do not impose customs import charges because we dispatch the orders as gifts. We provide worldwide shipping at no additional cost to customers except for any customs charges that may apply.
It is important to note that customs or import duties vary from country to country, and some countries do not charge at all. Therefore, it is the customer's responsibility to check their local customs policy. However, we are not responsible for the payment of local taxes or import duties, and the product prices do not include any taxes.

Damaged Parcel:

We are always here to provide our customers with the best shipping experience and are happy to deliver the products in a timely and efficient manner. But due to some uncertain reasons, the order can be delayed, such as:

  • Delivery times may be impacted by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, unexpected events, covid-19, or natural disasters.

  • If our quality control department rejects your item, it is either sent back to the production department for repair or a new item is created. Keep in mind that this circumstance happens once in a while.

  • Delays may occur due to operational issues by the courier company.
  • Order could be delayed if the customer has made any amendments to the order.
